Cancellation Policy
Secure Mind Solutions – Counselling Booking Policy We want your experience with Secure Mind Solutions to be simple, transparent, and supportive. Please read the following booking terms before confirming your appointment. How to Book Phone / Email / Text: You can book by calling, emailing, or texting us. We will respond to all booking enquiries within 24 hours to confirm your appointment or answer any questions. Payment Card / Bank Transfer / Online Payment: Full payment is required before the appointment to secure your booking. A payment link or details will be provided when you book. Cash Payment: Cash can be accepted on the day of the session by prior arrangement at the time of booking. Cancellations & Refunds More than 48 Hours’ Notice: If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund (for card/online payments) or no charge if cash was arranged. Less than 48 Hours’ Notice / Missed Appointments: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment, or missed appointments without notice, are non-refundable. (Personal circumstances will be taken into consideration). Rescheduling If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible by phone, email, or text. We will do our best to accommodate a new date and time, subject to availability.
